Tasting in our restaurants
In Southern Burgundy more precisely, we have beautiful resources that have given rise to a few Appellations d’Origine Contrôlées or Protégées such as Charolais, Côtes du Couchois, but also Charolais goat cheese, and Mâconnais goat cheese. In the Grand Autunois Morvan, we cultivate the resources that allow us to perpetuate a gourmet gastronomic culture based on Charolais, goat cheese accompanied by a glass of côte du Couchois. Since this is not enough for a complete French meal, our ancestors also cultivated the wild fruits of the Morvan in order to concoct desserts based on blueberries, currants, raspberries, etc.
