MORNING :
In the cool of the ruisseau des moulins, discover a remarkable panorama of the imperial city of Autun. From the Breuil postern to the foot of the famous Couhard stone, you'll discover how the mountain was developed in ancient times to bring water to the town.

LUNCH :
Enjoy a convivial lunch featuring local flavours. Enjoy products from the Rivault farm, on the heights of Autun (fattened duck farm). The producer will be happy to give you a tour of the premises. On the menu: aperitif, foie gras, duck leg confit and sautéed potatoes, fromage blanc with cream, dessert, Chardonnay and Merlot wines, coffee.

AFTERNOON :
The Santenois, connoisseurs of the last windmill on the Côte de Beaune, tell you all about the history and workings of this essential landmark on the vineyard skyline. Better known as the "Moulin de Santenay", this 19th-century windmill was faithfully restored in 1995. The only working communal windmill in the region. Very fine oak framework, elm spinning wheel, chestnut roof, roof pivot system, tower height: 8 m; roof weight: 11 t, including 2 t of wings.
