Gîtes Les Courtaillards

Come and spend a few days in the heart of Burgundy between the Châteaux, vineyards and lakes of the Morvan.
On our property, the Gîte welcomes 4 people in a peaceful comfort on the heights of COUCHES on the hillside in the middle of nature.
The typical ground floor with its fireplace opens onto a living room, a shower room and a covered terrace (smokers).
Sleeping accommodation: 2 bedrooms on the first floor, 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90.
The house is independent from our home, it is an old honey house that we have rehabilitated, you will share our courtyard for parking which is closed and secured by a gate.
We will share the swimming pool in all cordiality from JUNE to SEPTEMBER, it is located between the Gîte and our house, it is covered and open from 1pm to 8pm.
Children are of course under the supervision and responsibility of the parents/adults who accompany them.
You can enjoy the front and back covered terraces, the pond, the frogs, the goldfish and more recently the presence of a beautiful Natrix snake to be observed with distance and discretion.
The hamlet is situated in a valley in the middle of nature, composed of meadows, vineyards and forest, a hiking trail passes in front of the house, the route of the laundries as well as the road of the blue way will delight you.
From the back terrace, look for Kiki our donkey who, if you call him, will answer you with a nod of the head.
Mountain bike hire is available on request.

Arrival from 5pm on the first day of rental and departure before 11am on the last day of rental.
