Taste Burgundian specialties at the homes of those who carry on their tradition

In South Burgundy, we have beautiful resources that have given rise to some Appellations d’Origine Contrôlées et Protégées like Charolais, Côtes du Couchois, but also Charolais goat cheese, and Mâconnais goat cheese. In the Grand Autunois Morvan, we cultivate the resources that perpetuate a gourmet culture based on Charolais, goat cheese, all accompanied by a glass of côte du Couchois. Since this is not enough for a complete French meal, our ancestors also cultivated the wild fruits of the Morvan in order to concoct desserts based on blueberries, currants, raspberries, etc.
