A **-rated holiday cottage with Clévacances accreditation, sleeping 4 to 5 people, in a small house just a 2-minute walk from a lake and the municipal leisure centre.

The entrance leads into a cosy space combining a fitted kitchen and living room, featuring a masonry stove for winter evenings. The hallway leading to the staircase provides access to the bathroom facilities: a small bathroom fitted with a shower and a cloakroom area for storing coats and shoes.
Upstairs, the first bedroom has two single beds beneath a high cathedral ceiling with exposed beams and can accommodate a third mattress on request.
The second bedroom has a double bed, a coffee table and two armchairs, as well as a desk ideally positioned beneath the skylight and next to the balcony, allowing you to make the most of the natural light.
At the rear, you also have access to a terrace that is sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon; ideal for waking up to the first rays of the sun and enjoying a cool lunch there, overlooking one of the estate’s orchards-in-the-making.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a radio, a hi-fi system, a microwave, a hob, a coffee maker and all the utensils and crockery needed to cook in comfort. There is internet access in every room.

From the estate, there are magnificent views over the valley, the meadows and the forest.
The property is situated in the heart of the Morvan Regional Nature Park, a haven of greenery and biodiversity criss-crossed by hiking trails, which can be explored on foot, by bike or on horseback. The GR13 and the Grand Tour du Morvan pass just a 200-metre walk from the estate.
A 2-minute walk towards Anost takes you to the municipal campsite, where you can enjoy free access to a lake for swimming in summer, as well as tennis courts, a basketball court, a pétanque court, a table tennis table and a children’s playground.
A 5-minute walk away is the village of Anost, a lively town where you’ll find all the essential shops (grocery shop, bakery, butchers, chemist’s, cash machine, petrol station, restaurants, café, tobacconist and newsagent, and a cinema).
On the estate, we are developing a garden and a living space based on the principles of permaculture. This is a way of life that respects natural rhythms and focuses on observing the interactions between living things, drawing inspiration from them to manage our daily lives and the vegetable garden. For your stay, we offer a range of services designed to make your arrival and departure easier.
To save you having to bring your own bed linen, we can provide it for you at a cost of €10 per bed per stay (pillowcases, duvet covers and fitted sheets). Duvets, pillows, tea towels and napkins are included in the rental.

We always carry out the cleaning ourselves, which guarantees a clean and well-maintained gîte at the start of each stay. However, guests are responsible for washing up and taking out the rubbish.
