Discover this charming 70 m² semi-detached house for 4 people in the heart of the Morvan Regional Nature Park. This vast massif is a haven of greenery and biodiversity, criss-crossed by hiking trails that can be explored on foot, by bike or on horseback. The GR 13 and the Grand Tour du Morvan pass within 100 metres of the estate. From the accommodation, you will have uninterrupted views of the countryside and nature, access to enclosed private parking in the courtyard and extensive grounds with an educational garden.

The entrance is to the west of the building, on the ground floor, and opens onto a large open-plan kitchen area that also includes the dining room. All the necessary equipment will be at your disposal (kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and microwave oven). The kitchen has a large French window that opens onto the terrace with views of the waterhole and the estate's bamboo grove, making for pleasant summer evenings.

On the ground floor, just before the wooden stairs, there is a separate toilet and shower room with hairdryer.

On the first floor, the house has a pretty mezzanine with a wood-panelled decor that doubles as a lounge. Here you can relax, read or simply admire the view. The lounge can also be used as a second bedroom with a sofa bed. Wi-Fi access is available throughout the gîte.

The last room in this house, which is guarded by a turret, is a large, light-filled bedroom with a king-size double bed and a desk that blends into the décor. The room opens onto a discreet alcove with a 90 cm bed. The accommodation can sleep up to 5 people (bed linen optional). The owners also have a second flat with a 4-person capacity, so you can bring your family or friends. Baby equipment is available on request.

From the estate, there is a magnificent view over the valley, meadows and forest.
The property lies at the heart of the Morvan Regional Nature Park, a haven of greenery and biodiversity criss-crossed by hiking trails, which you can explore on foot, by bike or on horseback. The GR 13 and the Grand Tour du Morvan pass within 200 m of the estate on foot.
A 2-minute walk towards Anost is the municipal campsite, where you can enjoy free swimming in summer, as well as tennis courts, basketball courts, petanque courts, a table tennis table and a children's play area.
Just a 5-minute walk away is the village of Anost, a lively market town with all the essential shops (grocer's, baker's, butcher's, chemist's, cashpoint, petrol station, restaurants, café, tobacconist's, cinema).

For your stay, we offer a number of services to make your preparations and departure easier, including sheet hire for €10 per double bed and €5 per single bed per stay. Duvets, pillows, tea towels and napkins are included in the rental price.
Cleaning is always carried out by us, which guarantees a clean and well-maintained gîte at the start of each stay. However, guests are responsible for their own washing-up and rubbish disposal.
