Discover this charming 70 m² semi-detached house, certified to accommodate 4 people, right in the heart of the Morvan Regional Nature Park. This vast mountain range is a haven of greenery and biodiversity, criss-crossed by hiking trails to be explored on foot, by bike or on horseback. The GR13 and the Grand Tour du Morvan pass just 100 metres’ walk from the property. You’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the landscape and natural surroundings from the accommodation, access to a private, enclosed car park in the courtyard, and extensive grounds featuring an educational garden.

The entrance is on the west side of the building, on the ground floor, and opens onto a large open-plan kitchen area which also includes the dining room. All the necessary kitchen equipment will be at your disposal (kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and microwave). The kitchen has a large French window opening onto the terrace, with views of the pond and the estate’s bamboo grove, making for lovely summer evenings.

On the ground floor, just before the wooden staircase, you’ll find a separate toilet and shower room, complete with a hairdryer.

On the first floor, the house features a lovely mezzanine with a wood-panelled finish that serves as a lounge. Here you can settle in for a moment of relaxation, a spot of reading or simply to admire the view. The lounge can also be used as a second bedroom with a sofa bed. Wi-Fi is available throughout the holiday home.

The final room in this house, flanked by a turret, is a large, light-filled bedroom featuring the original exposed timber beams, a king-size double bed and a desk that blends seamlessly into the décor. The room opens onto a discreet alcove with a 90 cm bed. The accommodation can therefore sleep up to 5 people (bed linen available as an option). The owners also have a second holiday home certified to accommodate 4 people, allowing you to stay with family or friends. Baby equipment is available on request.

From the property, there are magnificent views over the valley, the meadows and the forest.
A 2-minute walk towards Anost takes you to the municipal campsite, where you can enjoy free access to a lake for swimming in summer, as well as tennis courts, a basketball court, a pétanque court, a table tennis table and a children’s playground.
A 5-minute walk away is the village of Anost, a lively town where you’ll find all the essential shops (grocery shop, bakery, butchers, chemist’s, cash machine, petrol station, restaurants, café, newsagent’s, cinema).

To make your stay easier, we offer a range of services to help with your arrival and departure preparations, including bed linen hire at €10 per double bed and €5 per single bed per stay. Duvets, pillows, tea towels and napkins are included in the rental.
We always carry out the cleaning ourselves, which guarantees a clean and well-maintained holiday home at the start of each stay. However, guests are responsible for washing up and taking out the rubbish.
