    Three intense days with lots of practical exercises to help you enter the fascinating world of Burgundy wines.

    With glass in hand, you'll be introduced to the basics of sensory analysis, tasting methodology and techniques, with the aim of learning how to look, smell, taste, comment on and identify the main organoleptic characteristics of white and red wines.
