Saturday: Gourmet day with our local producers: Nathalie and her charcuterie, Marie-Laure and her brioches, Marc and Marie-Violaine from the Rucher du Couchois, Ludovic and his goat's cheese.
12pm - 10pm: Wood-fired Flammekueche Elsass, waffles, refreshments and cocktails.
Saturday and Sunday: Tour of the 18th-century winery, wine tasting of Domaine du Couchois and Côte de Beaune wines.
