CONCERT DE MUSIQUE ANCIENNE

La Sestina, formerly known as the "Atelier Choral", was founded in 1984. Governed by the law of 1 July 1901, it is a local association and a member of the U.S.M.C. (Union des Sociétés Musicales et chorales). It currently comprises 35 amateur choir singers.
La Sestina devotes itself to the study and performance of music written for choir a capella or with a group of period instruments adapted to reoertoire0.
For several years now, La Sestina has specialised in the performance of early music from the late Middle Ages to the Baroque period.
