Concert de chant grégorien

A Gregorian chant concert featuring Marcel DEROCHE, champion and ambassador of Gregorian chant, member of the Schola Laudis, and guardian of ancient Christian chants.
This concert of chants from the Latin repertoire, performed by Marcel Deroche, will fill the vaults of our building (dating from the 13th century and listed as a Historic Monument).
He performs chants from the Western Christian Latin repertoire of Rome and Frankish Gaul, Milan and Spain. The ancient, contemplative Western chant of the early Middle Ages is commonly known as Gregorian chant. The repertoire performed consists mainly of solo chants.
