Chœur sans frontières

For the past 11 years, around fifteen Parisian choristers – several of whom have ties to the Morvan region – have been coming together for a week-long summer workshop. This workshop brings together experienced amateur musicians and professional musicians.
This week of rehearsals culminates in three concerts, one of which is held in Autun.
The programme features major works from the classical repertoire, such as Bach’s Passions, Mozart’s Requiem and Vivaldi’s Gloria. Some editions also showcase lesser-known pieces, offering the audience some wonderful musical discoveries.
This year, the choristers will perform extensive excerpts from Handel’s world-famous *Messiah* (who hasn’t heard the *Hallelujah* chorus?).
