For nearly 50 years, this event has been a not-to-be-missed feature of summer in the Morvan, with three days and nights of festivities in Anost. Every year, traditional music from near and far brings together thousands of festival-goers in the "Fête de la Vielle spirit" of exchange, sharing and celebration!

This event welcomes a host of artists for concerts, workshops and dances, as well as open stages, introductions to traditional dances, hurdy-gurdy workshops (beginners and advanced), bagpipe workshops, traditional dances, lectures, shows, films, workshops in bourrée and Morvan couple dancing, competitions for young talent and small groups, a market of luthiers and the festival's 'off' with 'boeufs' in the streets of the village!
