Vincent Damy, today Director of the Tonnellerie Billon in Beaune, is the 3rd generation of coopers
He makes barrels from 57 litres to 820 litres in oak (but also in acacia) for the maturing of great wines and markets them in France and throughout the world (where there are vines).
With my 17 employees (including 2 "Meilleurs Ouvriers de France"), our company size allows us to respond to standard requests but also to special requests.

Today, our customers are not satisfied with a good product, they often want the best of the best. We are regularly put in competition and our know-how is often rewarded. Nothing is improvised, everything is carefully planned to ensure that we do the best."
