Learn about the different stages in the evolution of our white and red wines during a themed tasting in our winery.
Christine Botton, oenologist, will take you on a tour of our cellars and then lead the tasting on the theme of ageing. The evening will end with a convivial dinner accompanied by old vintages of the House.
