More than just a theory lesson, this workshop is real sensory training. Together, we will break down each stage to remove any doubts you may have:

- Flavour recognition: identify the balance between acidity, mellowness and tannins.
- The wine nose: take part in fun exercises to memorise wine aromas.
- The black glass challenge: can you tell the difference between a white wine and a red wine?

The session culminates in a practical exercise: a blind tasting of 6 Burgundy wines. Thanks to our step-by-step guidance, your description will become more fluid, precise and spontaneous.
