    AFTERNOON :
Set off on a 5km bike ride to La Petite Mongolie de Bourgogne in Rigny-sur-Arroux. It's in the heart of unspoilt countryside, far from the hustle and bustle of modern life, that Franck, the caretaker, welcomes you. Passionate about Mongolia and its ancestral traditions, he will tell you the story of this inspiring place, and take you on a journey through the steppes, the yurts and the spirits of nature. You'll be invited to meditate to the rhythm of a shamanic drum, an intense sensory experience, fully anchored in the present moment.

    EVENING :
In a friendly, authentic atmosphere, you'll enjoy a typically Mongolian meal prepared with care by Franck: home-made Mongolian steamed ravioli.
You'll spend the night in the cocoon of a traditional yurt.

DAY 2: Zen escape... cycling, temple and deep relaxation

    MORNING:
After a breakfast of local produce, you hop back on your bike for a ride of around 38 km towards La Boulaye.

    LUNCH:
Take a break at La Crémaillère restaurant in La Boulaye. Here, the cuisine is lively and inventive, evolving with the seasons and their producers. Aurélie and Nicolas' 2 watchwords are Love and Respect.

    AFTERNOON :
Head for the Palden Shangpa Buddhist temple, 1 km away. This jewel of Asian architecture in the heart of Burgundy is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and meditate. It's a place of calm and serenity... and a little magic too. Take a guided tour led by an initiate who will introduce you to the site, the symbolism of the inner and outer temples and the rituals. You can also take part in a puja, a sacred ceremony that cultivates inner peace and serenity, or choose between a yoga session or a 'muscular rebirth' massage.

    EVENING :
In the evening, you'll enjoy a vegetarian meal, served in the temple and cooked by the monks. To free your mind completely, we suggest you take part in a Yoga Nidra class, also known as sleep yoga.
Make yourself comfortable in your eco-designed room and immerse yourself in the soothing world of the temple.

DAY 3: From the Uchon Signal to the Orthodox Monastery, a day of energy and tranquillity

    MORNING:
Savour a peaceful awakening in this haven of peace and enjoy a hearty breakfast prepared by the monks.

Then it's off to climb the Massif d'Uchon, a circuit of around 23 km! The Uchon massif, nicknamed "the pearl of Morvan", rises to 684m. From the signal d'Uchon, admire the beautiful panorama over the bocage and beyond to the Morvan massif. Also known for its rare geological curiosities, a granite chaos sculpted by rain and wind whose strange shapes, with evocative names such as mammoth, devil's claw and dog's nose, awaken our imagination.

    LUNCH :
Lunch at the Auberge Croix Messire Jean, a local restaurant. This place is steeped in medieval memories. Historically, the building was the last stop on a Way of the Cross: people came here to collect the relics brought back during the 8th and last crusade by Jean 1st de Châteauvillain, Lord of Huchon. Today, this imposing building is a cosy inn with a mountain atmosphere. You'll enjoy local cuisine based on regional produce.

    AFTERNOON :
Get back on the bike for 5 km to discover the St-Hilaire and St Jean Damascène Orthodox Monastery in Uchon. Founded in 1989, the public part of the monastery houses exhibitions of painted icons, a chapel decorated with Byzantine frescoes and a place of meditation. A shop sells natural products, books and postcards. Outside, there is a medicinal plant garden.

Finally, it's time to get back on the bike for a leisurely ride to Montchanin station (about 25 km away). You can take a gourmet break at the Du Vent dans les Fleurs café-grocery in Montcenis to sample the local produce before setting off.

Your journey ends on the return journey at Le Creusot-Montchanin TGV station, where your bikes can be collected by the hire company.
