Situated on a quiet street in Château-Chinon (a one-way street), the accommodation is on the ground floor of a residential house (the owner lives upstairs). This flat has been completely renovated to create a cosy retreat with all the comforts and facilities you need for a pleasant stay.
Living area with a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, lounge with a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 to 2 extra guests (€20 per person per night), smart TV; one bedroom with a 160x200 bed; a shower room with a toilet. Several free parking spaces are available on the street near the holiday let.

Access to the flower-filled garden, enclosed by an external gate. Everything is included: bed linen with the bed made on arrival, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity.
