Come and spend a holiday with one or more families of 15 people maximum. 7 bedrooms, 1 living room with open plan kitchen, 6 shower rooms with WC, 1 veranda, 1 large independent car park with independent access.

We put at your disposal a stud farm of the XVIIIth century, labelled Clévacances 3 keys, entirely renovated and eco-designed. The carpentry parts have been made on the property from the wood of the domain. You will find, made by us, beech and redwood for the furniture and oak for the woodwork.

With a rental area of nearly 200 m2 (excluding rooms) it has been designed according to the new standards (RT 2012) of environmental design.

It is a pilot building in terms of sustainable tourism in Burgundy
- Reinforced insulation in ecological and recyclable glass wool,
- A heating system using the latest generation of wood pellet boilers, electronically controlled for the use of renewable and passive energy,
- An energy-saving lighting and electrical equipment system throughout the gite,
