Védrenne, which has been making liquor since 1923, produces its Supercassis crème de cassis, fruit liqueurs and creams, eaux-de-vie, Marcs de Bourgogne and syrups in Nuits-Saint-Georges. The Védrenne boutique in Beaune stocks all the company's products, which can be tasted on the premises (with and/or without alcohol).
A selection of regional delicatessen products is also available.
