Ideas, encounters, walks and stories for the collective management of our landscapes.
What does it mean to think of a territory in terms of the commons? How can the landscape become a lever for mobilisation, shared governance and renewed hospitality? How can citizens' groups organise themselves to take action and reinvent their territory around shared resources and attachment to the landscape?
For its 19th edition, the Entretiens de Bibracte-Morvan will be offering a chance to immerse yourself in the practical experience of living rural areas in transition, through lectures, walks and discussions.
A number of local initiatives will illustrate the approach: citizen mobilisation around rural paths, the Mont Beuvray forestry laboratory to rethink the future of Morvan forests, innovative forms of shared management led by groups of farmers (GIEE, AFP) and water users (ASL), etc. These are just some of the experiences in which residents, scientists, artists, elected representatives and visitors have come together to form a heritage community committed to preserving the environment in which they live and the landscape they share.
