The evening will begin with a guided meditation to calm the mind and open up the space of the heart, before plunging into Christophe Nédélec's sound journey, a bath of gongs with deep vibrations where the elements unfold: fire, water, air...

You'll then be invited to let yourself be carried away by the voice of Leïla Taïga and the Flow Project, a dreamlike universe blending sacred chants, world instruments and modern sound textures. A hypnotic, sensory journey into your most subtle inner landscapes.

The experience continues with collective mantra chanting led by Leïla, where Gayatri, Om Mani Padme Om and other inspiring mantras will lift the spirit and open the heart in a harmonious sharing.

To round off this transformational evening, a session of shamanic rhythms will anchor the energy and make the body vibrate, inviting everyone to dance, liberate and celebrate life.
