At the "Beauty is Fragile" workshop, the ancient technique of pâte de verre has become a material of contemporary creation. This translucent material and the variations in colour and light reveal the poetry and delicacy of Jean Gazdac and Anne Cardot's recent work on the theme of fragility.

Everyday objects, transformed by poetic and restorative interventions, are given shape using the lost-wax casting technique. This technique makes it possible to modify an initial shape obtained by moulding, by adding elements, by deforming the shape and by working with colour.
