Mémoire de la déportation : deux expositions et un documentaire pour comprendre et transmettre

Two exhibitions, "Ravensbrück, la force des femmes" and "Mémoire de la Shoah en Europe", accompanied by the screening of the documentary "Quand l'ombre danse avec la lumière", come together to retrace the history of the deportation and reflect on the transmission of memory. Presented at the university library, this event offers a rich journey around the memory of the Second World War and the Shoah.

The "Ravensbrück, la force des femmes" exhibition, produced by the Femmes Solidaires association, highlights the courage and resistance of the women deported to this camp through their individual stories and their collective strength.

The "Remembrance of the Shoah in Europe" exhibition, designed by pupils from the Lycée Léon Blum, presents personal accounts, archives and historical research collected during a school trip to various places of remembrance. It illustrates the way in which the story is constructed and passed on from one generation to the next, highlighting the commitment of young people to the collective memory.

Finally, the screening of the documentary "Quand l'ombre danse avec la lumière", produced by the association La Baraque TV in collaboration with pupils from the Lycée Léon Blum, retraces this work of remembrance. The film also gives a voice to the pupils and teachers on their return from the trip, revealing the strength of the testimony and the importance of passing it on.
