Exposition : « Regards britanniques sur les maquis du Morvan »

At the Maison du Parc in Saint Brisson, close to the museum, there is a brand new open-air exhibition entitled "British perspectives on the Morvan maquis". The Allies played an essential role in the Morvan Resistance and the maquis. This exhibition explores the various missions undertaken by the British alongside the Resistance in the Morvan and, through a range of archive documents, eyewitness accounts and photographs, provides an insight into the relationships and perceptions of the Allied forces with regard to this struggle in the region.
The exhibition was created by Aurore Callewaert, historian and director of the Musée de la Résistance.
