4 July is National Day in the United States.

Celebrate 4 July with a Texas-style barbecue. The Pit Room restaurant, recently named Bib Gourmand by the MICHELIN Guide (2024), is organising a unique barbecue event in Beaune. It will be a Paulée-style party at the Ciné-Club des Ateliers de Beaune.

The format is quite simple: you buy your ticket and bring along your bottle(s), in other words, a Texas-style Paulée BBQ.
