Week-end "L'Art de Vivre en Bourgogne"

DAY 1:
In the afternoon at 2pm or 3pm, visit the Château de Couches, at the heart of the Couchois vineyards (audio-guided tour). Then enjoy a guided tasting to discover the Couchois wines.

Next, head to La Maison 1680 bed and breakfast, 2km from the château. Make yourself comfortable in your room and enjoy this exceptional setting.

Afterwards, savour refined dishes at the Blason de Vair restaurant (the Couches château restaurant).

DAY 2:
Day at leisure with suggestions :

Visit the town of Beaune, capital of Burgundy wines. Stroll around the market on Saturday mornings, admire the glazed tiles of the Hospices or visit the Fallot mustard factory. Don't hesitate to ask a "greeter" to share his or her favourites with you. Lunch on your own.

At the end of the day, don't hesitate to stop off at a Côtes du Couchois estate.

Then enjoy a delicious meal prepared by your host, who draws his inspiration from family recipes and his travels. His cuisine is a unique blend of tradition and innovation.

DAY 3:
After a scrumptious breakfast, it's time to set off again with plenty of memories...

You can take time to visit the town of Autun (an imperial city with exceptional Gallo-Roman remains and a sumptuous cathedral). Don't hesitate to discover each of the remains (ancient theatre, gates, ramparts, Temple of Janus and Couhard Pyramid), not forgetting the cathedral and the medieval quarter.
