Week-end "détente et reconnexion avec la nature"

DAY 1 :
Make yourself comfortable in your "Pierre et Bois" room and soak up this beautiful green setting. You will be welcomed by Hélène & Sébastien, two nature lovers.

What better way to relax after your trip than with an infrared sauna session.

Finally, your host will prepare a dinner for you using local and organic produce, served at the table d'hôtes or in your room.

DAY 2:
Set off for a walk with the birds of prey in the wild (from spring) or for a forest bath on Mont Beuvray.

Lunch on your own.

In the afternoon, discover the magnificent town of Autun, with its incredibly well-preserved Gallo-Roman remains (theatre, gates, ramparts, Temple of Janus and Couhard Pyramid), not forgetting the cathedral, a masterpiece of Romanesque art and awarded 3 Michelin stars.

On your return, relax with a shiatsu massage from your host Hélène.

Afterwards, you can prepare your own meals in your kitchenette or enjoy a private dinner.

DAY 3:
After a good breakfast, you'll be ready for a morning nature walk with your private guide, depending on what you feel like doing and the weather. This is an opportunity to discover or rediscover the different components of our environment, plants, insects, birds and their interactions with nature.

*Optional: contact hike (as part of the raptor hike): the falconer lends the glove so that participants can call back a bird on their fist. Extra charge: €14/person
