Villa Augustodunum

Charming little house of 100 m2 with private enclosed garden, situated in the upper districts of the Gallo-Roman town of Autun, out of sight.

Peace and quiet are guaranteed if you want to enjoy the town's monuments while being close to nature.

Villa Augustodunum is a 7-minute walk from the town centre and 5 minutes from the cathedral and the Rolin Museum (future Musée Le Panoptique).

The accommodation can be booked as a whole or separately: only the first floor or only the ground floor.

Ground floor (50 m2):
- Living room with fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, freezer, Senséo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, etc.).
- Baby high chair available on request.
- Table with 4 chairs (extendable to accommodate more guests).
- 2 comfortable armchairs, TV.
- One bedroom with double bed (160 cm), possibility of adding a cot (on request), dressing room.
- Shower room (direct access from the bedroom, also from the living room) with Italian shower, double washbasin, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer.
- Separate WC.

First floor (50 m2 floor area):
- Shower room with Italian shower, WC, washing machine and hairdryer.
- Main room: living room with 2-seater sofa bed, 1 single seat, 1 table with 4 chairs (extendable to accommodate additional guests), study area.
- En suite, a bedroom with a flexible bed to accommodate either 2 people (90 cm beds) or a couple (180 cm bed), dressing room.

Outdoor area: garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, deckchairs, parasol.

Parking: free public parking for 50 cars 100 m from Villa Augustodunum.

For our motorcyclists and cyclists, we have a free garage (with direct access to the Villa Augustodunum garden) for up to 3 motorbikes or 5 bicycles.

For the whole villa, you will benefit from :
- Reversible air conditioning throughout the Villa.
- Free WiFi.
- Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen provided.

Pets are welcome at Villa Augustodunum (for a small supplement of €5/pet/night, limited to a maximum of 2 dogs (or cats)).

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house, to make an open fire or to have parties.
