    Founded by the sole will of the Emperor Augustus, Autun was built at the end of the 1st century BC to accommodate the Aedui people of Bibracte. "Sister and emulator of Rome" was Autun's motto. This city was one of the jewels in the crown of Gallo-Roman cultural and commercial life.

    DAY 1 :

    Dinner on your own before attending the sound and light show at 10pm.

    EVENING :
    Between 8pm and 9.30pm, take your seats in the tiers of the Théâtre Antique d'Autun. The show starts at 10pm.

    Then return to your hotel.

    DAY 2:
    After your tasty breakfast, take the opportunity to explore the historic centre and medieval quarter of Autun by solving the riddle of the Stone of Knowledge.

    Divided into teams of 2 to 5 players and equipped with your adventurer's kit, travel through 2,000 years of mysteries in the city of Autun.
    Your mission? Find the Stone of Knowledge, hidden somewhere in the town.
    With its mix of riddles and puzzles, this challenge will build team spirit as you explore the town's historic heritage.
    The kits can be collected from the Grand Autunois Morvan Tourist Office in the morning.

    PRACTICAL INFORMATION SHOW :

    Dates : 24, 25, 29, 31 July 2026, and 1, 5, 7 and 8 August 2026

    Running time: 90 minutes approx.

    Times: Grandstands open at 8:00 pm. Volunteers will seat people on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend that you arrive before 9.30pm. The show will start at 10pm. The seats are not numbered, so you will be seated as you arrive by our volunteers.

    Location: Théâtre Romain, 71400 AUTUN

    Accessibility: PRM access and seating at the Théâtre Romain. Spectator access via Avenue du 2ème Dragon.
