Following a diagnosis of the area and identification of the issues at stake, guidelines and objectives have been defined in terms of town planning and development. These guidelines and objectives, which are set out in the Sustainable Planning and Development Project (PADD), were then translated into regulations for the future PLUi's enforceable documents: the zoning plan, the Planning and Development Guidelines (OAP) and the town planning regulations.
The purpose of the 4 public meetings (Charbonnat, Saint-Martin-de-Commune, La Grande Verrière and Autun) is to present the broad outlines of these regulations.
