Completely renovated and transformed into a unique holiday retreat, it is nestled on the farm's land, bordering a small road and fields and meadows. It lies on the edge of a picturesque, typical little village (listed as a "Cluniac Site"), just a stone's throw from the heart of the village where an elegant 12th-century Romanesque church stands. Magnificent countryside surrounding gentle, perfectly preserved mountains (protected as a ZNIEFF for its rich flora and fauna), nestled in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park in the verdant Mesvrin Valley (and its nearby fish-filled river), a sublime landscape blending agriculture and unspoiled nature, between hedged meadows, rivers, and vast wild forests (perfect for relaxing walks or bike rides), an enchanting and exceptionally privileged setting offering numerous viewpoints and breathtaking panoramas. The cottage is very comfortable. Its soothing, contemporary style is carefully curated, bathed in a zen, cozy, and inviting atmosphere. A pleasant, enclosed garden, adorned with a mirabelle plum tree and a small herb garden (picking is possible during your stay), is nestled beside a small pasture that, seasonally, welcomes the owners' peaceful sheep (of the fabulous "Kerry Hill" breed, both white and black, or "Solognote").
