What clowns and philosophers have in common is that they are constantly questioning their relationship with the world, marvelling at things, questioning them and turning them upside down. They use almost nothing to create a whole world that they are constantly constructing and deconstructing.

Miche and Drate are clowns who talk philosophy without knowing it: they try to 'be' and understand what that feels like. What's it like to be afraid, to not always know your place, to experience relationships of power, quarrel, friendship and love?

Miche "le rond" and Drate "le sec" are two metaphysical clowns of no age or sex, who poetically ask themselves philosophical questions. Like two parts of a brain talking to each other on the edge of the world, in a gently sloping meadow, they share their questions with us in twenty short stories.

Outside view Margot Forissier, acting Irène Chauve and Frédérique Moreau de Bellaing, dramaturgy Sabrina Baldassarra, set design Michel Mugnier, lighting designer Julien Barbazin, sound designer Alain Lamarche, costumes Sophie Deck, general management Julien Barbazin, construction Michel Mugnier, Sophie Deck.
