Private chef and caterer based in Beaune, specialising in the organisation of intimate dinners and tailor-made gastronomic events for both local and international clients.

My approach is based on making the most of seasonal produce and local producers in the Côte-d'Or region. I work with local artisans, market gardeners, cheesemakers and winemakers to offer a culinary experience that is elegant, sincere and deeply rooted in the land.
