    Riding on a narrow-gauge railway, the Crouillottes train was once used to carry away the ashes from the blast furnaces of the Le Creusot factories. It has now been completely restored and is a great way to take a walk in the countryside near the Parc des Combes.

    On Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 September 2025, Chemins de fer du Creusot will be celebrating the 75th anniversary of the 241 P 17 with the Fête des trains.
    The 241 P 17 and historic railcars will be running on the SNCF network between Nevers, Chagny and Dijon. The little Combes train in Le Creusot will be pulled by steam or diesel locomotives.
    Exhibitions and events:
    - railway equipment at Les Combes station, including a listed 020 Schneider steam locomotive
    - track maintenance equipment at Le Creusot station
    - photographic exhibition, model railways, train driving simulator, stands from local players and CFC partners, shop, catering at the goods hall on Avenue de l'Europe.
