L'écho du marché - Frédéric Mayeur

Orguissimo invites Frédéric Mayeur, titular organist of the Cathedral of Saint-Bénigne in Dijon. The programme includes works by Bach, Buxtehude, Van Noordt, Litaize, Langlais, Fleury and Yves Cuenot.

For its 4th Écho du Marché, Orguissimo is offering three market-time concerts, on Saturdays 5, 19 and 26 July 2025 at 11am. This year, Saint-Laurent will be playing cathedral music!

It's an opportunity to (re)discover the Ott / Marconnet organ, installed in 2022 by Denis Marconnet and re-harmonised to match the church's acoustics in the spirit of North German organs.

Admission is free, so that as many people as possible can hear this magnificent instrument, already played and appreciated by many renowned organists.
