Le Mois de la Plèchie - Autun

Workshop at the Ecomusée du Morvan
Plèchie workshop, all morning in Autun. Meet at 9am at the Montmain farm.

The Month of Plèchie returns to the region from 5 February to 14 March 2026 with 25 workshops open to all!
This is an opportunity for the Park and the Association des Plècheux du Morvan to perpetuate this hedge maintenance technique, which involves cutting, laying and interlacing living branches between stakes to form a fence and encourage new growth. Practised for centuries in the Morvan, it remains a relevant practice today for preserving hedges, hedgerows, biodiversity and soil.

All practical details will be provided on registration.
Participation: 5€ (membership of the Association des Plècheux du Morvan)
