The holiday home "La Vigne de Montaugey" is the former gardener's house in the grounds of a 19th-century manor house.
The ideal place to relax, go hiking or enjoy the cultural, natural, sporting and other pleasures of Burgundy and the Morvan.

Layout: you enter through the fully equipped kitchen, with a kitchen table for sharing a good meal. Next door, the living room: comfortable and spacious, furnished with a sofa and comfortable chairs and with a wood-burning stove. In the hallway leading to the first floor there is a small room with washing machine, hoover etc. and toilet.
On the first floor: a large bedroom with a very comfortable double bed (200 x 160 cm), and a beautiful view of the hills. Adjacent, and only accessible via the large bedroom, is a small bedroom with a 190 x 90 cm bed. This small bedroom is also used for storage.
A second bedroom with two 190 x 90 cm beds, which can be made into a double if required.
Shower room and washbasin. Separate WC.
Surface area 101m2, situated at an altitude of 419 m, in a dead-end street, surrounded by forest and meadows.
Electric heating throughout the house, plus a working wood-burning stove in the living room.
