In our historic winery, we invite you to experience a unique, warm evening rooted in one of Burgundy's finest traditions: the Paulée.

But what is the Paulée?
It's a festive meal organised at the end of the grape harvest, a moment of relaxation and joy when the entire team of a domain - winemakers, grape-pickers, oenologists, friends - get together to celebrate the work accomplished. They share a good meal, uncork some fine bottles and, above all, toast the harvest and the bonds forged around wine. It's a great way to round off the season in a convivial and rewarding way.

We wanted to open up this tradition to everyone.
Winegrowers, consumers, wine lovers, wine tourists, friends, family, partners and members of our team: everyone is invited around the same table to experience this fine Burgundian tradition together.

The principle is simple: you bring a bottle from your cellar that you'd like people to discover and share. We take care of the rest: a generous meal, a lively atmosphere and a wonderful evening in our winery, transformed for the occasion.
