La Fabrique des Ducs by Vindihouses is a house with a rich past that was completely renovated in 2024 into a modular venue suitable for private and professional events (seminars, team-building, weddings, birthdays, cousinades, reunions with family or friends, etc.).

La Fabrique des Ducs has 22 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms / 37 beds / sleeps 64.
The rates shown in the booking engine correspond to 10 rooms - 21 beds - 35 berths.

For 16 rooms - 29 beds - 50 berths, you need to add €550 to the total cost of your stay for 1 to 5 days and €1,000 for 6 days or more.

For the large format 22 rooms - 37 beds - 64 beds, add €1100 to the total cost of the stay for 1 to 5 days and €2000 for 6 days or more.

In all configurations, the house is completely private.
The house of more than 1,000 m² is composed as follows:

An air-conditioned lounge/dining room/reception room: this is the main room of the house, 190 m² with approximately 150m² with 5m50 high ceilings.

It can be adapted to suit your events. It can seat up to 64 people at tables with the sofas still in place and up to 120 people with a dance floor without leaving the sofas.
- Air-conditioned seminar room: 90m² adjoining the lounge.
- Professional kitchen: 50m² with direct access to the lounge, seminar room and terrace.
- Terrace: 150m².
- Air-conditioned gym: 50m² with direct access to the swimming pool.
- Heated swimming pool: 12.5 x 4.50m.

Ground floor: 14 double beds + 7 single beds: 21 beds and 35 beds + bathroom in each room.
