La Fabrique des Ducs by Vindihouses is a house with a rich past that was completely renovated in 2024 into a modular venue suitable for private and professional events (seminars, team-building, weddings, birthdays, cousinades, reunions with family or friends, etc.).

La Fabrique des Ducs has 22 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms / 37 beds / sleeps 64.

Prices shown are for 2 flats - 6 bedrooms - 13 beds - 21 beds and all living areas.

For the 4 flats - 10 rooms - 21 beds - 35 berths format, add €600 to the total cost of your stay on the first day and €200 per day on subsequent days.

For the 6 flats - 16 bedrooms - 29 beds - 50 berths format, add €1,200 to the total cost of your stay on the first day, then €250 per day on subsequent days.

For the large format 7 flats 22 rooms - 37 beds - 64 beds, add €1,800 to the total cost of your stay on the first day, then €300 per day on subsequent days.

An air-conditioned Lounge / Dining Room / Reception Room: this is the main room of the house, 190 m² with approximately 150m² with 5m50 high ceilings.

It can be adapted to suit your events. It can seat up to 64 people at tables with the sofas still in place and up to 120 people with a dance floor without leaving the sofas.

- Professional kitchen: 50m² with direct access to the lounge, seminar room and terrace.
- Terrace: 150m².
