La Clé à Lolina

Situated between the 1st major town of Autun (16 km) and the Château de Sully (2.6 km), with the option of following the path beside La Clé à Lolina to reach the château, this former barn has been renovated and converted into a 35 m² flat with mezzanine.
The charm of the stone facade with its drooping flowers, rosebushes and wisteria, depending on the season, will win you over.
This authentic space with its exposed stonework and wood, refined and decorated with care, offers hours of peace and quiet. The shared courtyard makes parking easy. A restful break and meals in the large garden, 50 steps from the entrance to the home, invite you to return to the simplicity of rural life, to the rhythm of birdsong.
You will enter the house through a door that I will open for you. If you go away, please let me know so that I can close the door. Another locked door with a blackout curtain separates your home from mine, giving you the privacy you're looking for.
On the ground floor, you'll find a lounge/bar area with a chesterfield chaise longue and a coffee table that opens up.
Inside, I've slipped in games for young and old alike: mandalas, puzzles, memory games, card games, board games...
Next to the sofa is a mini hi-fi system, easy to use, with a few CDs at your disposal: mainly relaxing music, but also other styles such as jazz, funk, pop, variety... To listen to for pleasure or to soothe yourself for a while. Some books are also available.
Extending from this space is a complete private bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin and large mirror. A learning seat and a toilet booster for children. From the main room on the ground floor, take a ladder (a quiet, slow climb is preferable) up to the first floor, where you will find two 140cm x 190cm beds (pillows and duvets available). A dressing room with wardrobe and hangers separates the two sleeping areas. On this level, take a small ladder (a quiet, slow climb is preferable) to reach a new area. On one side is an extra mattress measuring approximately 90 cm x 135 cm with a small cushion measuring 36 cm x 55 cm. Opposite, a play area for children and a fire station with vintage cars for older children.
