Meet the Hôtel-Dieu enthusiasts and share their intimate stories! Each speaker will reveal their memories of the Hôtel-Dieu, from one room to another, from an event to an object. The former hospital is at the heart of all the stories, with personal episodes linking the small history to the big story of this emblematic monument to the Dukes of Burgundy. This is a visit-meeting format that allows visitors to explore the history of the Hôtel-Dieu in a sensitive way, sharing the emotions and reminiscences that its hospital history evokes.

The story of the Hôtel-Dieu is also told through family tales, and that of Maison Albert Bichot is intimately linked to the history of the Hospices Civils de Beaune wine estates. During his visit to MON HÔTEL-DIEU, Albéric Bichot looks at the links between Burgundy's wine heritage and its hospital heritage.
