Our 17th-century house is located in a pedestrianised street at the foot of Saint-Lazare cathedral, known as the "Hauts Quartiers". Restaurants, museums, bars, theatre and market are all within walking distance. Close to the Route des Grands Vins, archaeological sites and the Porte du Morvan, this location will allow you to vary your interests. The flat is spacious, bright and comfortable, with a west-facing view over the rooftops of the medieval houses, and is accessed via an old wooden staircase. Located on the second floor, it can accommodate two people in the bedroom. The shower room/WC is off the bedroom, and the living room/kitchen overlooks the Rolin Museum.

Although in the centre of the old town, you can access the property's "jardin de curé".
The RCH wine bar is accessible from the inside. We pay particular attention to welcoming our guests. You'll be able to taste regional and eco-responsible products in the calm and serenity of the place. In view of the health crisis, we have put preventive procedures in place.
