  • Saturday: preparation of bread dough, kneading of pizza dough and brioche dough, preparation of toppings, baking of pizzas, shared meal (reservation required).

    Sunday morning, bread shaping + baking of bread and brioches followed by a gingerbread workshop and baking of the preparations. Shared meal (bring your own bread to bake in the oven).

    Participation + 3-4 logs of wood for the workshops
