After two 12,000km hitchhiking tours of France with his shock show about digital technology, Requiem pour un smartphone, Emmanuel Lambert has surveyed the Loire from its source to its mouth to create a performance journey along its banks. Accompanied by Erwan Martinerie's musical travel diary on cello and electro.

Aaron, a sort of contemporary Don Quixote, has set himself the task of saving the Loire, which is suffering from drought and pollution, to the accompaniment of (almost) general indifference. The story of this painter is also the story of the river, both poetic and full of challenges. It unfolds from the source to the estuary and, as it descends, allows us to understand our relationship with living things in a different way, and to consider the Loire as a being in its own right.
