The former residence of the Dukes of Burgundy became the first museum entirely dedicated to the history of wine-growing Burgundy in 1946.

Housed in the former Hôtel des Ducs de Bourgogne, the museum is a showcase for the history of vine-growing and wine-making, revealing the richness of wine-growing Burgundy and highlighting the unique character of the Climats du Vignoble de Bourgogne, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Workshops and events are organised throughout the year for all ages.
Collections of old wine presses can be visited in the vat room.
