Let's repair our textiles and shoes!
Inspiring and engaging, this exhibition is an ode to repair.
The craftspeople featured in the exhibition are magicians of the second life of our textiles and footwear. By inviting the public into the intimacy of their workshops, they lend themselves to the game of giving advice and tips on how to repair, sublimate, personalise and reinvent clothes.
Against a backdrop of growing awareness of climate change issues, this exhibition is an invitation to reinvest in simple, ancestral gestures in favour of more circular fashion.
The photographs by Mathieu Richer Mamousse, taken for M le Monde magazine, are complemented by practical and educational panels to give visitors plenty of creative ideas.
