Découverte de Beaune au fil de l'eau - une marche handisport

Join the Beaune Inner Wheel club for its "Discover Beaune along the water" walk.

This walk will take place on Sunday 15 June and will leave from the Parc de la Bouzaise at 3pm.
We'll be walking for around 1.5 hours, accompanied by a guide with some unusual comments.
The route is easy and accessible to all: children, pushchairs, people with reduced mobility, etc.
We'll finish with a friendly drink at the sources de l'Aigue.

How does it work?
Each walker undertakes to pay the appropriate contribution, with a minimum of €5. All the money raised is then donated to Handisport.
What happens to this donation to the French Handisport Federation?
Every year, Handisport organises JAP (Jeunes à Potentiels) days, which enable young disabled sportsmen and women to discover adapted sports, and the Handisport Federation to discover future top-level athletes who may one day have the opportunity to take part in the Paralympic Games.

Who is Inner Wheel?
Inner Wheel is an international charity with over 109,000 women of goodwill, from all backgrounds, faiths and professions, all 100% volunteers.

Its main aim is to contribute to peace in the world by alleviating the misery, injustice and inequality that affect women and children in particular.

Locally, Inner Wheel organises fundraising events and its members are personally involved in helping women of all ages, with or without children, to become more self-sufficient by aligning themselves with the United Nations' sustainable development goals (health, education, technical and technological skills).

FRIENDSHIP is one of our core values, cementing relationships between members and stimulating our desire to help others.

Our Beaune Club has 23 women committed to serving women and children for a better world. We take action to bring a little more joy, well-being and support to those who are suffering. Our actions also serve to change attitudes to current health issues.
