To honour the 155th anniversary of the Commune of 1871, Beaune historian Patrick Serre, the Association 26 mars 1871 - Le Creusot and its President Alain Rolland are organising this public lecture, which is open to all.
The historian, writer and lecturer will introduce the public to the extraordinary story of the Le Creusot Commune, which was proclaimed on 26 March 1871, and the charismatic figure of Jean-Baptiste Dumay.
