Every year, the Agricultural Society organises its Charolais breeding competition.
The leading beef breed in France and Europe, with 1.3 million mother cows, the Charolais cattle breed owes its worldwide renown to a resounding success with both breeders and consumers. This breed has exceptional beef qualities, and meets the challenges of today and tomorrow, particularly in terms of ecology. What's more, these docile animals are easy to rear.

This breed has exceptional beef qualities, and meets the challenges of today and tomorrow, particularly in terms of ecology. What's more, these docile animals are easy to rear.
Come one, come all to admire nearly 140 animals: calves, cows and bulls. The classifications and prize-giving ceremony will take place on Saturday.
Prizes will be awarded to reward the work of the breeders, and the animals that win the 1st Prix d'Honneur will be able to take part in the Super Prix d'Honneur at the Moulins competition.
This year's competition will continue with a festive evening featuring ham on the spit and musical entertainment. Booking recommended.
