From darkness to light, from doubt to hope and from fear to trust, this programme takes us on a journey through the paradoxical emotions evoked by the thought of death.

Les Chantres de Paris draw on all the sensitivity of the work of Arvo Pärt, whose music bears the imprint of Gregorian chant, plainsong and, more generally, early music. They invite us to embark on a journey of initiation through the ritual of the Mass of the Dead.
